Drawn from a seed pod, Nascence inhabits the liminal state where possibility builds beneath the surface and transformation begins in silence. Through the cyclical language of nature, Tylen frames womanhood as a continual act of becoming: what appears to be a beginning is already shaped by what came before, and every seed carries the promise of renewal. The three vessels form a cycle, seed to bloom to vestige, Tylen's reflection on womanhood through the rhythms of nature.

About the Abundance & Decay Collection

For this collection, we invited our artists to create objects exploring the moment when the exuberant growth of summer begins its slide into the decay of autumn, the friction between the heavy, nectar-filled bloom and the curling, brown edge of the leaf, and the transformative energy found in seasons of transition.
