Vestige captures what endures after the bloom has changed. Drawn from the calla lily as it yields to time, the vessel wilts and sheds the layers of the season, every fold and fissure speaking to grace found in continual renewal rather than permanence. What appears to be an ending is simply another threshold, the seed concealed within the fading flower. The three vessels form a cycle, seed to bloom to vestige, Tylen's reflection on womanhood through the rhythms of nature.

About the Abundance & Decay Collection

For this collection, we invited our artists to create objects exploring the moment when the exuberant growth of summer begins its slide into the decay of autumn, the friction between the heavy, nectar-filled bloom and the curling, brown edge of the leaf, and the transformative energy found in seasons of transition.
