LES Collection Shipping & Return Policy
SHIPPING
All LES Collection orders are packaged by hand with special care to protect your purchases.
2025 HOLIDAY SHIPPING
Our small team is committed to fulfilling your orders as soon as possible to meet your holiday needs! We've created a guideline below based on UPS and FedEx's current operating schedules. Unforeseeable delays do happen, so please plan ahead for time-sensitive orders—LES is not responsible for shipping delays.
- Ground Shipping: Order by December 17th* at 9AM EST for delivery by December 24th
- Priority 2-Day Shipping: Order by December 19th* at 9AM EST for delivery by December 24th
- In-Store Pick Up (Brooklyn Showroom): Order by December 22nd at 2PM EST for pick up by December 23rd at 5PM
*Requests for gift wrapping require an extra day of lead time (e.g., order by December 16th at 9AM EST for Ground Shipping).
HOLIDAY SHOWROOM HOURS & PICK UP
Our showroom is open Monday–Friday from 10AM–5:30PM, by appointment only. Once your order is ready for pickup, you'll receive an email with a link to schedule your pickup time. If you can't find a time that works, please reach out to Alexa@lescollection.com. Please bring your confirmation email when you arrive.
Please note: Our showroom will be closed December 24th – January 5th.
RETURNS
Please note that all sales are final. If your order arrives not as shown in the original order, please contact us at hello@lescollection.com.
We are dedicated to providing our collectors with clear and accurate descriptions and visuals of the artworks featured on our site.
PROCESSING
All US orders will generally be fulfilled within 3-5 business days (presale and backordered items excluded). For rush orders and special projects reach out to us at hello@lescollection.com.
US SHIPPING
Within the US, most of our items are shipped by FedEx or UPS, and shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of the object.
For standard ground shipping, orders generally arrive within 7 business days from the date the order is fulfilled by our team.
We also offer expedited shipping option. This option generally arrives within 2 business days from the date the order is fulfilled by our team. This option has the same fulfillment time of our standard orders (generally 3-5 days) but with faster shipping.
For items needing crating or special shipping arrangements in the US, one of our client specialists will email you to coordinate.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

SHIPMENT TRACKING
A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package has shipped.

INSURANCE THROUGH ROUTE
Our packages are insured through Route. For Route's full policies click here.
OPTING OUT OF ROUTE
If you opt out, or decline Route Shipping Insurance, LES Collection is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
RECEIPT OF PRODUCT
Full inspection of merchandise must occur within 24 hours of delivery and if applicable, all freight claims must be filed within 72 hours.
When receiving parcel deliveries, a signature on the carrier automated handheld confirms that the products are received in good condition.
If the merchandise is refused upon delivery for quality or damage issues, the receiver should contact LES Collection immediately.
The receiver should note on the BOL that any concealed damage of boxed or crated product will be the responsibility of the carrier or the manufacturer as determined upon inspection of the product. Claims must be filed within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
