LES Collection Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping.

All LES Collection orders are packaged by our team with special care to protect your purchases.  

US Shipping.

Within the US, most of our items are shipped by FedEx and delivered within 15 business days. A flat fee of $20 will be applied at checkout for all US orders. 

Some specialty and/or oversized items may require an additional handling surcharge. For items needing crating or special shipping arrangements in the US, one of our client specialists will email you to coordinate.

International Shipping.

International orders will be processed in 15 business days and delivered within 2-3 weeks, unless otherwise specified. A calculated shipping charge will be applied at checkout, based on destination and the size and weight. Most of the orders shipped outside of the U.S. are shipped by USPS International mail services.

For international orders requiring special shipping arrangements, one of our client specialists will email you to coordinate.

Shipment Tracking.

A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package has shipped.

Freight and Crate Shipping.

For items needing crating or special shipping arrangements in the US, one of our client specialists will email you to coordinate.

Returns.

Due to the unique nature of our products,  LES Collection does not accept returns. Please thoroughly inspect the images on our site and our product descriptions. We strive for high quality in every step; all pieces are inspected, packed, and shipped in-house by our team.

If an item you've received is damaged please contact us with pictures of the damages within 48 hours of delivery.

If an item you've received was inaccurately marketed please reach out to hello@lescollection.com within 48 hours of delivery.
