The line across the shoulder is Court's, written in her own hand: OMG DARLING LIVE A LITTLE. Hand-coiled stoneware, painted once the form had set, with the foot left raw.

Sasha Court hand-builds her vessels in Halifax, Nova Scotia, coiling stoneware from the bottom up and treating each form as a canvas for glaze once it's built. She studied mathematics and engineering at Dalhousie and spent years in tech before ceramics took over. Some of her work is about hope and faith in people. The rest is about play.
