The Paper Screws serving set is inspired by the paper screws used to light fireplaces in times long ago. The fork is "tied with string" made like a fairy, and the spoon is folded with rolled edges reminiscent of the origami of a daydreaming school child. Perfect for a fruit or dessert course, this set is created from raw bronze with handset pavé diamonds. They are hand-polished with a strié finish and locally cast in NYC. Garnett utilized the lost wax casting to complete the form. The great-granddaughter of an art collector and rumored spy, Janie Kruse Garnett, grew up surrounded by incredible beauty, clever innovators, and tales of espionage and castaway rescues. Garnett is well known for creating timeless jewelry designs and has created this tableware series exclusive for LES Collection.
