A hand mirror sculpted from white stoneware, with an organic, flowing form that feels more like a found object than something made. The frame curls and folds around a small circular mirror, and the raw clay surface has the weight and texture of something pulled from the earth.

Quirion chose to make these mirrors as a way of conveying the reflection of herself behind every piece she makes. Working with clay on these felt, to her, like a perfect metaphor for womanhood: strong yet delicate.
