The bigger of the two standing fish, two feet tall with the globe in. Same construction as the small one, a fish on its tail with the light held in its mouth, and the same new glaze, crawl layered over a glossy base so the texture stays slight and the colors go where crawl alone can't. Gold luster is brushed on by hand and the price moves with how much of it you want. Every lamp is one of a kind.

Kalya O'Donoghue is a Brooklyn-based ceramicist who breaks glaze compounds down to their chemical foundation, adjusting and rebuilding them to create unique surface treatments. After graduating from RISD's Industrial Design program, O'Donoghue worked in furniture and lighting before founding her chemistry-focused ceramic studio.
