This hand-built sculptural ceramic vessel from Tuscany-based ceramic studio studiolo int'l radiates organic beauty. Constructed using the coil method, the shapes and additional elements on the object's surface represent a constant conversation between fluid and geometric forms. The piece is perfect as a sculpture or to hold dried florals.
studiolo int’l develops and believes in research that aims to be an encounter between genres, traditions, and sensibilities. The sculptural process is mainly focused on the concept of hybridization and is inspired by organic forms and their evolution. From the beginning, studiolo int’l has concentrated on the specificity of different clays - studying their quality, variety of colors and textures, and their peculiarities in the firing process.
Note: This piece is not water tight - slight variation in size and shape may occur due to the handmade nature of each piece
