+ What makes LES Collection special?

LES Collection is thoughtfully curated and carefully considered. Each item is hand-selected by our founder, who has a wide range of knowledge about art and design. LES Collection is looking to change the paradigm for how collectors, artists, and galleries work together and to create a platform for artists to grow their practice and connect with their collectors sustainably.

Yes! We have a showroom in Brooklyn that is currently by appointment only - book here. Visit us and see our curated collection in person.

Shipping

+ How long will my order take to arrive?

PROCESSING

All LES Collection orders are packaged by hand with special care to protect your purchases. All orders will generally be fulfilled within 3-5 business days (presale and backordered items excluded). For rush orders and special projects reach out to us at hello@lescollection.com. During high-volume periods (such as Black Friday, holidays, or major sales), fulfillment and shipping can take longer—up to 14 business days total.

US SHIPPING

Within the US, most of our items are shipped by FedEx or UPS, and shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of the object.

For standard ground shipping, orders generally arrive within 7 business days from the date the order is fulfilled by our team.

We also offer expedited shipping option. This option generally arrives within 2 business days from the date the order is fulfilled by our team. This option has the same fulfillment time of our standard orders (generally 3-5 days) but with faster shipping.

For items needing crating or special shipping arrangements in the US, one of our client specialists will email you to coordinate.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

SHIPMENT TRACKING

A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package has shipped.

+ How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are based on the size of your order and are automatically calculated at checkout.

Below is the ground shipping fee for standard products:

  • 1-2 items: $30
  • 3-5 items: $50
  • 6-15 items: $80
  • 16-19 items: $90
  • 20-30 items: $100
  • 31+ items: $250

Special considerations:

  • Fragile items incur a $150 surcharge per item due to special packaging and handling requirements
  • Oversized or extremely fragile items may require private shipping arrangements. These special shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout, or our team will contact you directly to coordinate
  • Items shipping from the UK: Additional $150+ surcharge per item
  • Items shipping from Australia: Additional $300+ surcharge per item

Any items requiring special shipping will be clearly noted on the product page.

+ Is expedited shipping available?

Yes, we offer expedited Priority Shipping for an additional fee.

For standard products, Priority Shipping costs are calculated as follows (these are additional charges on top of standard shipping):

  • 5-15 items: +$100 additional
  • 16-20 items: +$200 additional
  • 21-30 items: +$300 additional
  • 31+ items: +$400 additional

Priority Shipping typically arrives within 2 business days after your order is fulfilled. Please note: Our standard fulfillment time of 3-7 business days still applies; Priority Shipping only expedites the transit time once your order ships.

If the expedited options at checkout don't meet your needs, please contact us at hello@lescollection.com with your order number, and we'll arrange faster delivery for you.

+ Can I track my order?

Yes! A tracking number will be sent to you via email as soon as your package has shipped. You can use this to track your order in real-time.

+ Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. For larger items or special shipping arrangements, please contact us at hello@lescollection.com with your destination, and we'll provide you with options and pricing.

Returns

+ Can I return an item?

We are dedicated to providing our collectors with clear and accurate descriptions and visuals of the artworks featured on our site. Please note that all sales are final. If your order arrives not as shown in the original order, please contact us at hello@lescollection.com.

+ What should I do if something is wrong with my product?

Please inspect your order carefully within 72 hours of delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us at hello@lescollection.com with photos of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Payments

+ What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. We also accept Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Credit card payments are processed through STRIPE.

Route Package Protection

+ What is Route Package Protection, and why is it added to my order?

Route is a shipping protection service that safeguards your order against package loss, theft, or damage during transit. For a small fee, Route provides peace of mind and offers a seamless process to file a claim and receive a replacement or refund quickly—typically within 24 hours.

We recommend Route protection for all orders, especially for valuable art pieces. Please note that LES Collection is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items once marked as 'Delivered' by the carrier.

+ Can I opt out of Route Protection?

While we recommend adding Route protection to all orders to ensure safe delivery, you do have the option to remove it at checkout if you prefer. However, please note that if you choose to opt out, LES Collection is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are marked as 'Delivered' by the carrier.

+ I have Route protection. My package is lost, damaged, or stolen. What should I do?

If your order is covered by Route, you can file a claim directly through Route's Claims Service. Route typically responds within 24 hours and makes it easy to receive a replacement or refund for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. For damaged packages, we recommend taking clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box to expedite your claim.

+ I don't have Route protection. My package is lost, damaged, or stolen. What should I do?

If you opted out of Route protection, LES Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once marked as 'Delivered' by the carrier. You may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (FedEx or UPS), though this process can take significantly longer and outcomes are not guaranteed. For assistance navigating this process, you can contact us at shipping@lescollection.com.

Artwork

+ What is an original work?

An original work is a one-of-a-kind piece of artwork created directly by the artist. If an original work you love is no longer available, please contact us at hello@lescollection.com—we'd be happy to discuss commissioning a new original piece with the artist on your behalf.

+ What is a limited-edition print?

A limited-edition print is an edition that has a fixed number of prints from the beginning of the print run, and the number of prints never changes. Limited-edition prints are marked with two numbers: the unique number of the print and the size of the entire print run. For example, the first print in an edition of 20 would be marked as 1/20 and the last work in this edition would be marked 20/20.

+ If I love an artist's work, can I request a custom size or commission a new piece?

Yes, we'd be delighted to help. Please contact us at hello@lescollection.com to discuss custom sizing or commissioning an original work. We'll work directly with the artist on your behalf, provide creative guidance, and ensure you're completely satisfied with the final piece. We'll also handle all production, payment processing, and shipping arrangements.

Custom Duties & International Fees

+ What are custom duties and when do they apply?

Custom duties are only relevant when an item ships from overseas. These fees are imposed by destination countries on imported goods.

If you are based in the US, you may be subject to custom duties for items shipping directly from a non-US country. While most of our items are here in the US, we have a few products that ship directly from the UK or Australia directly to you. You'll find this information in the product description. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and fees that may be assessed by your local customs authority.

+ Am I responsible for paying these fees?

These charges are separate from the item price and shipping cost shown at checkout, as they are determined by your destination country's regulations and cannot be calculated in advance.

+ How much will these fees be?

Duty rates vary by country, item type, and value. For an estimate of potential fees, you can use your country's customs calculator or duty estimator tool (such as the US International Trade Commission's HTS database for US customers). + When and how do I pay these fees?

If duties apply, your local postal service or shipping carrier will collect payment upon delivery or notify you to pay online before release. In some cases, items may be held at a local customs facility until payment is made.

+ Can you include duties in my order total?

For items shipping from overseas locations, we usually cannot calculate or pre-pay duties as these are assessed by your destination country's customs authority. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at hello@lescollection.com.
