BRAND ASSISTANT (Full Time/ On Site / $45k - $68k)

We are looking for a detail-oriented self-starter to join our fast growing team in Brooklyn, NY. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in learning the behind the scenes of a high growth eCommerce business and growing their career at a progressive start up in the luxury home decor and art space. This role will play a critical role of managing the day-to-day operations of LES Collection’s eCommerce business and touch on all areas of the company’s operations, including tracking inventory, handling shipments, and launching new products. 



  • Meticulously track and record inventory as shipments come in
  • Set up new products and execute on all new product launches in a timely manner
  • Manage and update the online product catalogs and images 
  • Support order fulfillment in a timely manner
  • Handle customer inquiries and requests relating to order fulfillment
  • Manage vendor relationships and settle approved invoices in a timely manner
  • Support the Brand Director with product procurement, photoshoots, and events
  • Support the CEO and COO with executing on various strategic initiatives



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
    • Prior retail or eCommerce experience is a plus
    • Prior Shopify website experience is a plus
  • Team player with a positive, go with the flow attitude 
  • Detail-oriented and extremely organized with the ability to multi-task and project manage
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Curious by nature and always looking for ways to innovate and improve
  • Self-motivated, results and solution oriented
  • Can commute daily to Brooklyn (Gowanus / Park Slope area)
  • Able and willing to drive
  • Some travel required


Salary range: $45k - $68k
