LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT WITH ROBERT FARBER

My first love in the art world was undoubtedly photography, and it was through the captivating lens of Robert Farber that I found myself immersed in its enchantment. Farber's work had the power to transport me to eras of glamour, sensuality, and timeless elegance, capturing the essence of nature and architecture most exquisitely. He became my first favorite photographer, and I couldn't help but admire how his images evoked emotions and memories of a bygone era. I was ecstatic when he agreed to create an exclusive collection of his polaroids in a smaller format, perfect for accentuating any space. Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis herself counted him as a favorite artist, and his contributions to the art form continue to be celebrated.

Farber's impressionistic photographs remind us of a world of beauty and glamour that sometimes feels elusive in the age of social media influencers and reality television. His work, from iconic female nudes to his diverse subjects like American diners and African savannas, places him in the esteemed lineage of photography greats like Man Ray, Helmut Newton, and Henri Cartier-Bresson. Even as he revisits and breathes new life into his older works, including photographs dating back to 1969, Farber's legacy remains a testament to photography's enduring power and allure as an art form.
