DRESSING UP DINNER
Â
While we're feeling a little perplexed that "tablescape" is not an actual word yet, we won't let that stop us from telling you about our most recent styled setup sur la table. We threw a little press and designer dinner for a collection of new and old friends of LES last week, and the occasion was the perfect excuse for a tabletop moment.
Â
JUST LIKE YOU WOULD STYLE YOURSELF FOR THE EVENING, DRESSING UP A TABLE IS NO DIFFERENT - SOMETIMES THE ACCESSORIES MAKE THE LOOK. |
Spoiled by an abundance of riches - the LES inventory closet - Lauren chose from a selection of classic LES pieces like the Han-Chiao Candlestick Trios, The Iron Series, and the fan-favorite Hun Candlestick Holder. Fresh flower market blooms filled new standout vessels like the Snapdragon and Esme Vases, and a custom tablecloth and napkins from Sarah Espuete made the perfect finishing touch.
Â
From Sarah's masterful hand-stitching to the Giacometti-inspired Hun, the custom glaze work on the Esmes to the dramatic branches filling them, texture was the connective thread throughout the ensemble.

Reflective of the dynamic table dressings, the dinner was lovely and lively. We may sound like a broken record, but building our LES community is truly a joy. So, thank you for being a part of it! Â
