NATHALEE PAOLINELLI
Nathalee Paolinelli's artistic practice is informed by the elements and processes of the natural world. Her multidisciplinary body of work contains abstract paintings, installations, sculpture, and ceramics. Embracing an amateur approach to clay, she favors neither the formal nor the functional. Each of her creations is entirely unique, striking up subtle conversations with nature.
Nathalee's studio practice consists of crafting unique, one-of-a-kind ceramics and small batch productions. It is only her hands that make the objects, only her hands glazing, and only her hands firing the kiln.
"I founded my studio in 2015, a time in my life when making art was only for me and magical things began to happen. Working with clay changed me and now five years into this journey I feel as excited about making as I did the first time."
