VOLUME III's DREAMSCAPE

Any VOLUME launch is special - each issue takes around a year to plan, shoot, write, design, and print. So when it comes time to celebrate the final product, it's hardly an afterthought. Our VOLUME III launch party was our best yet.

We say it all the time - collaborating with different creatives is one of our favorite things at LES. And when it comes to events, we have our team down. First up? Eve Singer of BROYT, who curated a collection of her drool-worthy silver dinnerware rentals to sit atop our all-around trademark natural linen tablecloth - this time with satin bow bustles dressing her up for the special occasion. Beyond the tabletop adornments, Eve brought her discerning eye to event day execution (and a very good wardrobe look to the evening's festivities).

"Flowers were done by our go-to: Michelle Pelletier, at Love Me Not Floral. Who, besides being one of the kindest partners, can seem to pull off any floral feat while always making it utterly chic"

Although the weather outside has settled into springtime, VOLUME III is a moody girl, so the flowers needed to have the same understated feel. A smattering of root vegetables - some grouped and tied with playful satin bows - was the perfect complement to the silver flatware. Grounded elegance, should we call it? All flora work was done by our go-to: Michelle Pelletier, at Love Me Not Floral. Who, besides being one of the kindest partners, can seem to pull off any floral feat while always making it utterly chic.

Food by Chefs Kyle Eakins and John-Michael Prego overflowed from the glinting antique silver coups and trays. Putting their own creative spin on the vision, Kyle and Prego's food completed the festive, still-life-esque vignette - and put the cherry on top of another successfully executed event vision. That the party was filled with friendly and supportive faces seemed like a bonus, and only added to the magic of the issue and the evening.
