Pod V is a long black stoneware sculpture by Evamarie Pappas. The form was pinched, coiled, and scraped by hand from black clay and then left unglazed. Pappas' art is the result of banishing thoughts from her mind and letting intuition take over. Organic in form, her ceramic sculptures draw inspiration from the forest and gardens that surround her home and the sea.
