Flow is a one-of-a-kind ceramic sculpture by Ukrainian artist Aleksandra Krasnopolska. Krasnopolska says this about the piece: "Feelings flow like water. The more I learn to trust them, the more fluid my participation in life is. The river does not hold on to the water it has. It lets it flow through, allowing space for what follows. Breathe and feel. Flow like water."

Krasnopolska's sculptures are biomorphic, seeming to shift and slide as you walk around them. The sculptures are made using a process that the artist refers to as "intuitive modeling." As a result, every piece is a form of meditation. Krasnopolska often visits the beach to watch the water, the birds, and the clouds. These experiences, along with the antique furniture and gilded mirrors she encounters on her travels, inform her sculptures and ceramics. "Nature is the best painter and sculptor; I will learn from it all my life," she says.
